Meet our Superstars - Ana
Every month we'll introduce a member of the Houston & Hawkes team so you can get to know more about the hospitality superstars within our family.
For this month’s ‘Meet Our Superstars’ feature, we spoke to Hospitality Supervisor Ana who is based at one of our City venues.
We talk food, dinner guests and the hospitality industry.
Q- What is your favourite country to visit?
A- I love visiting Italy, and I never get tired of it; I can go over and over again and never get bored.
Q- What is your favourite food?
A- It is steak, cooked medium rare, with a freshly made Argentinian potato salad, with a full-bodied Malbec wine.
Q- 3 people you could have dinner with? (They could be past or present)
A- I would have dinner with Agatha Christie, Oscar Wilde and Sherlock Holmes.
I would just sit back and watch them talk.
Q- What inspired you to join the hospitality industry?
A- I’ve always loved to help others, and when I started working in hospitality, I realised that the industry was one of the best ways to put that into practice.
Q- If you weren’t in hospitality, what industry would you be in?
A- I think I would be the photography industry; I’ve always loved taking pictures and editing them.
I love everything related to photography really.
