Our food is upbeat, modern and packed with loveliness. We also know it’s really good for our tummies (thanks to our awesome nutritionist, Gabs!). We will tailor our offer to suit our clients, so we’ll always serve up grub that people want to buy, time and time again.

OUR ACADEMIES
We have created two London-based academies. Our People Academy provides training, induction and team-development support alongside temporary team cover to our client sites. Our Barista Boot Camp, headed up by our head of coffee Natalia, turns our front of house team-members into bean-grinding, milk-foaming, queue-busting baristas, who make the silkiest flat whites around.
KEY FOUNDATIONS
When we kicked off our business planning, raiding the piggy bank was the easy bit. We knew we needed to offer our clients the same level of support and infrastructure that a big company was able to. That’s why we’ve taken the ‘strategic partnerships’ approach in all the really important areas: health and safety; people development; nutrition and wellness; technology; finance and ethical sourcing. We call these our key foundations.
