Houston & Hawkes sign up to Hospitality Action's Employee Assistance Programme

We are pleased to announce, that as part of our ongoing commitment to our team members’ wellbeing, we have invested in an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), hosted by Hospitality Action.

Each of our team members will have free access to a suite of benefits and services, including personal counselling, legal guidance, addiction support, debt advice, a financial wellbeing service, parenting helpline, elderly care helpline and a whistle-blowing service.

Commenting on the announcement, Mark Lewis, Chief Executive of Hospitality Action: “Simon and Dave are building a business based on great service provided by great teams. I’m delighted that they’ve had the foresight to invest in Hospitality Action’s employee assistance programme, to ensure their teams remain happy, healthy and productive.”
