David Steel joins Houston & Hawkes as Director of Food

We are trilled to announce the appointment of David Steel as our new Director of Food.

Working alongside our location teams, David will head up all things food, including the development of concepts, overseeing our culinary development programme and working closely with a number of UK-based suppliers to ensure our chefs have access to high quality, seasonal produce.

David Steel, Director of Food, said: “I am so excited to be joining Houston & Hawkes at this stage in their development, as I have a unique opportunity to help shape the long-term look and feel of our food proposition.
