We recently hosted another exceptional masterclass featuring our chef consultant Sally Abe alongside the skilled team from Lake District Farmers. The session highlighted their outstanding Iberico x Duroc pork, a breed renowned for its superior quality and flavour.
Participants were guided through an enlightening journey of the ‘farm to fork’ process, gaining insights into the meticulous rearing of this remarkable breed. Russ and Max from Lake District Farmers conducted an informative butchery demonstration, expertly showcasing various cuts of pork. Meanwhile, Chef Sally delighted attendees with exquisite samples, leaving everyone inspired and eager to elevate their culinary offerings.
