Houston & Hawkes renews exclusive partnership with celebrated chef Sally Abé

Independent business and industry caterer Houston & Hawkes has renewed their partnership with Sally Abé, Great British Menu 2022 finalist and consultant chef of The Pem at the Conrad London St James hotel. The partnership will remain exclusive within the contract catering sector.

Abé will continue to provide strategic food development support and lead several training initiatives including interactive cookery masterclasses and by offering chef stages at her restaurant, The Pem. She is also supporting the launch of a female networking initiative the caterer is planning for 2024.

Sally commented: “I’ve loved working with David and the team at Houston & Hawkes and I’m really excited to continue our partnership. I’ve been amazed by the quality and passion of everyone in the business and it’s been a real privilege to play a small part in the company’s continued success.”
